I have used several Baxi Luna 310FI. The first one was installed more than 10 years ago. It is still working fine together with the rest of them. Proper maintenance is a must by qualified personnel. Parts are very expensive; if you live in an area not serviced by qualified personnel, I would suggest to look for some different unit
